Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the prayer clause of this petition during course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for the State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"i) Direct the respondent no. 2 i.e. learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Paschimi, Ballia to decide the case no. 1442 of 2018 (Neeraj Kumar Srivastava & another vs. Smt. Kanti Devi) which is still pending before him and disose of the same within a time within a time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."
Learned standing counsel has no objection in case if a direction is issued for disposal of aforesaid pending revision strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
