Heard Sri Tarun Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners in apprehension of their removal as Additional District Government Counsel (Civil) and (Criminal) in the District Court, Harhras have filed this petition challenging the order of the Secretary dated 31.8.2018, whereby proposal to appoint new persons for a temporary period has been sent.
So far, the petitioners have not been dis-engaged and their services have not been dispensed with.
In view of the above, the writ petition is per-mature.
Sri Agarwal at this stage prays that the writ petition may be dismissed with the liberty to file fresh one as and when cause of action matures. His request is accepted.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
