1. Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the material available on record.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 94 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 304B I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Police Station Baraur, District Kanpur Dehat.
3. Applicant is the husband of Informant's sister Aarti, who has died on 12.12.2015 by hanging her. Incident took place on 12.12.2015 at night in the house of applicant but neither applicant nor other members of his family has lodged FIR and the same has been lodged by brother of deceased. Postmortem report also support cause of death by ante mortem hanging and asphyxia.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where applicant should be enlarged on bail.
5. As the matter is pending since 2016 and accused-applicant is in jail since 23.12.2015, in my view, Trial Court should conclude trial expeditiously.
6. Subject to above observation, bail application of applicant is rejected.
