This writ petition has been filed against the impugned notice dated 24.09.2017, whereby the petitioner has been directed to remove his construction within a period of three days, failing which legal action will be taken against him in accordance with law.
In pursuance of the notice, the petitioner has already submitted a reply vide letter dated 15.01.2018, which is pending consideration.
Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the reply of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
