Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed praying to stay the arrest of petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 11.12.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 368 of 2020, under Sections 153-B(2), 505(2) IPC, P.S.- Patiyali, District- Kasganj lodged by the respondent no. 3 (Annexure No. 1) during pendency of present writ petition.
Short counter-affidavit dated 20.1.2021 has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 indicating therein the charge-sheet no. 16 of 2021 dated 18.1.2021 has already been submitted before the court concerned in the present matter, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
