JUDGMENT / ORDER

Affidavit of service, with respect to opposite party no.3, filed in Court today, be placed on record.
Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that the authorities of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. has refused to accept the notice. Learned counsel further submits that the matter may be referred to Lok-Adalat, so that the same may amicably be settled.
In view of the above, the matter is referred to Lok-Adalat.
Parties are directed to cooperate in the proceedings.
