Heard Sri R.K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Imran Ullah, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 8.2.2018 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Court no.6, Aligarh in S.T. No.401 of 2017, in case crime no.1263 of 2016, u/s 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 506, 120-B IPC and 7 Crl.Law Amendmenet Act, P.S. Quarsi, district Aligarh.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
