JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner filed this original petition seeking a direction to the Family Court at Ernakulam to dispose of Ext.P1 (O.P.No.520 of 2013) and Ext.P3 (O.P.No.420 of 2014) within a time frame. During the pendency of this petition, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, High Court of Kerala for exploring the possibility of settlement of dispute by way of mediation. Pursuantly, the Mediator has filed a report stating that the matter is settled. The memorandum of agreement signed by both parties and their counsel has also been produced.
2. Learned counsel appearing for both parties submit that as reported by the Mediator the entire disputes between the parties are settled by way of mediation. In view of the above submission at the Bar as well as the report filed by the Mediator, this OP(FC) is disposed of. It is made clear that the O.P.(F.C.) No.342 of 2014 -: 2 :-
terms of agreement is recorded and it will form part of the judgment.
