JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the appeal dated 01.07.2015 made by them, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to them, to putforth the documents, within a stipulated time.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners have filed the appeal before the 1st respondent as early as on 01.07.2015, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.
4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' appeal dated 01.07.2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within four weeks' time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' appeal dated 01.07.2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
