Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as also perused the record.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking direction to the learned court below to decide the S.T. No. 74 of 2018 (State Vs. Mohd. Meraj & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 131 of 2017, under Sections 363, 366, 368, 376(2) IPC and 5/6 and 16/17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Shahganj, District Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the cognizance had been taken on 22.03.2018.
In view of the above, the present application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, keeping the time line provided under Section 35 of the Act No. 32 of 2012.
