Order on Correction Application No. 2 of 2018
The correction application is allowed.
In the second and third lines of third paragraph and third and fourth lines of sixth paragraph of the order dated 13.9.2018, the words "Suit No. 1096 of 2010 (Mahendra Narain vs. Shiv Kumar and others)" shall stand substituted by "Civil Appeal No. 07 of 2016 (Vidya Devi vs. Shiv Kumar)" since this was a typographical error.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 13.9.2018. A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 13.9.2018.
