The case sought to be transferred is infact pending at Kanpur Nagar and its transfer is being sought to District Mainpuri on the ground of pendency of other cases between the parties at Mainpuri.
The order dated 23.05.2019, may therefore, be read as above and shall accordingly, stand suitably modified.
This order be read in continuation of the order dated 23.05.2019.
The correction application stands disposed of accordingly.
In view of the correction made, counsel for the applicant is granted a week's further time to take steps.
