Learned counsel for the appellant states that claimant has filed disability certificate before the Tribunal, which is numbered as 34 Ga. This averment has been made in para 9 of the affidavit. However, the said certificate has not been referred and considered by the Tribunal. In the statement of the claimant also, there is no reference of such certificate. It is a matter of verification whether such certificate has been filed before the Tribunal or not. Since the appellant has made the averment in the affidavit that such certificate has been filed before the Tribunal and the same is marked as 34 Ga, the matter requires consideration.

Admit.
