On the matter being taken up, learned A.G.A. submits that he has not received instructions in the present case.
Accordingly, put up this case as a fresh case on 26.4.2021 before appropriate Bench.
Learned A.G.A. shall ensure that instruction are received by his/her before 26.4.2021, failing which, Court shall be constrained to summon the concerned S.P/S.S.P as well as the Investigating Officer on the next date fixed after 26.4.2021.
As the matter has been adjourned only on account of fact that learned A.G.A. has not received instruction, it is necessary that interest of applicant be also protected. Accordingly, it is provided that the applicants shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 685 of 2020 under sections 384, 211, 120B I.P.C, P.S. Tappal, District Aligarh, till 26.4.2021.
Copy of the order be supplied to learned A.G.A. forthwith.
