Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the Gaon Sabha as also learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandmaus directing the respondent no.2 Tehsildar, Sadar, Tehsil and District Ghazipur to decide the Case No.T201814291005322 under Section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 Mauja Narayanpur, Tehsil & District Ghazipur within time bound period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner seeks directions for expeditious disposal of his mutation application, which is stated to have been filed in the month of November 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Court concerned may endeavour to decide the mutation application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
It is, however, provided that similar matters, which have remained pending for a longer period, must necessarily be afforded preference.
