Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
By way of the instant writ petition, the petitioners have sought for a direction to the Respondent no.1( Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad) to decide the application of the petitioners filed under section 23(2) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2015 in complaint case no. 2221 of 2017( Smt. Neelam Devi Vs. Phoolchandra Yadav and others) under section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act within a stipulated time.
The application moved by the applicants in Domestic Violence Act should not be kept pending unnecessarily and it should be decided so give way to the applicants and to meet her/expenses, as the case may be, it is directed that after presentation of a certified copy of this order before the courts blow, the same shall be disposed after affording opportunity of hearing on merit by a reasoned and speaking order if there is no legal impediment in the way of the court expeditiously.
The writ petition is finally disposed of.
