Affidavit of compliance has been filed today by the Smt. Neena Srivastava, Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad in compliance of the Court's order dated 22.02.2018, which is taken on record.
Heard Sri Mashaluddin Shah, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Satya Narayan Yadav, learned counsel for the private respondent and Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the F. I. R. dated 05.02.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 27 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Fariha, District Firozabad.
It has been stated by Smt. Neena Srivastava, Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad in the affidavit of compliance that high school certificate which has been annexed at page No.21 of the petition, in which her date of birth has been mentioned as 10.05.1998 is not a genuine document and the correct date of birth of the petitioner No.1 is mentioned in the Tabulation Register of the Board is 10.05.2001 which was pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent No.3 in para No.3 of the short counter affidavit and copy of the same has also been annexed as Annexure No.SCA-1 to the short counter affidavit.
In view of the same the writ petition is dismissed on this ground alone and Registrar General of this High Court is directed to lodge the appropriate complaint for prosecution against the petitioners and the persons concerned for filing the such forged document in the present petition to obtain interim order.
Office is directed to produce the present petition along with the certified copy of this order before the Registrar General of this Court within a week for complying of the aforesaid order.
