Challenge in this petition is to a recovery order dated 05.12.2020 which is in following terms:-

Evident it is from the order that the order emanates from an earlier order passed on 11.11.2020 which the petitioner has chosen not to challenge in the present writ petition. Since the impugned order is an order consequential to the order passed on 11.11.2020, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition with liberty to challenge the orders dated 06.11.2020 and 11.11.2020.
In view whereof, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
