The respondent though served has not entered appearance to contest the Civil Revision Petition. It would suffice if a certified copy of the Will marked in the suit (O.S.No.30/2011) is retained by the court of the Subordinate Judge of Thodupuzha. The court below is directed to return the original Will to the revision petitioners after retaining the certified copy of the Will for the purpose of record. The impugned order passed on the memo dated 17.8.2013 filed by the petitioners to return the original Will is modified to the above extent.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
