BELOW OFFICE NOTE Present petition has been placed on Board by the registry pointing out that by mistake the date of CAV Judgement and order of Criminal Misc.Application No.11229 of 2010 is shown as 24/1/2012 instead of 31/1/2012 and therefore, to correct the same.
Considering the fact that on 24/1/2012 the present Criminal Misc.Application No.11229 of 2010 was listed on Board and this Court fully heard the matter and the matter was adjourned on 31/1/2012 For Orders and on 31/1/2012 this Court pronounced and declared CAV Judgement and Order, it appears that there is a mistake in showing date of disposal as 24/1/2012, which is required to be corrected. Under the circumstances the date of CAV Judgement and Order of the present Criminal Misc.Application No.11229 of 2010 be treated as 31/1/2012 instead of 24/1/2012.
Registry is directed to issue fresh writ accordingly.
