Petitioner is stated to have filed a revision on 24.05.2010 before the Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow Camp at Agra.
By means of this writ petition, he seeks expeditious disposal of the stay application made along with the said revision In the facts and circumstances of this case, the present writ petition is disposed of by providing that the petitioner may make an application before the Chairman, Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow for early disposal of his application filed along with revision. In case there is no member at present working in Camp at Agra, this Court has no room to doubt that the Chairman shall place the stay application before the member having competent jurisdiction to decide the same at the earliest.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
