As per report of C.J.M., Gorakhpur dated 30.07.2021, which has been received by the office of this Court and has been flagged as 'X', it has been reported that appellant no. 1 Nebu Lal and appellant no. 2 Paramdai have died.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated in respect of appellant no. 1 Nebu Lal and appellant no. 2 Paramdai with liberty to State to seek revival, if any fact otherwise comes to the notice.
