The petitioner, a resident of Mythri Nagar Housing Colony,has filed this writ petition seeking the issue of a direction to communicate Exhibit P2 to the Bus Operators conducting services in the area. As per Exhibit P2, the sanction to locate a bus stop has been revoked. However, since the decision of the first respondent has not been communicated to the bus owners, the buses are still stopping at the bus stop. There is also a sign board at the location, it is submitted. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. 2. Since Exhibit P2 decision has been taken by the first respondent, it is only appropriate that the same is communicated to the bus owners conducting services in the area.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the W.P.(C) No.8855 of 2014-D -:2:-
second respondent to communicate Exhibit P2 decision to the bus operators who are conducting services in the area. Necessary action to remove the traffic sign board shall also be taken.
