This Contempt petition is filed to summon the respondent and punish him for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.13306 of 2016, dated 28.07.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in this case, as per the direction of this Court, the retirement benefits of the petitioner has been settled.
