JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate proceedings under Section 44 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act against the third respondent Society on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016.
2.Heard Mr.R.R.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent on 08.08.2016 and subsequently an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent. But so far no order was passed. Hence, the present writ petition.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent and an order will be passed in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
