2. Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without informing the petitioner, the first respondent surveyed the land of the petitioner. 5. Considering the above facts, without going into merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal representation, dated 13.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
