The petitioner is the father of one Sindhu and it is alleged that the said Sindhu and her two children are under the illegal custody of respondents 3 and 4 among whom the third respondent is the husband of the said Sindhu. Therefore, it is prayed to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the respondents to produce the detenue Sindhu, aged 25 years, and her children Uthamy and Dhruv before this Court and to set them at liberty.
2. In pursuant to the order dated 8/10/2014 issued by us, today the said Sindhu and her two children are produced before us. The third respondent-V.Ashokan, the husband of the said Sindhu, is also present. The petitioner and his wife are also present.

3. We interacted with all of them. During the course of interaction, Sindhu submitted that she is not interested even to talk to the petitioner and his wife who are her parents. It is also submitted that herself and her children are not under the illegal confinement of anybody and it is by her volition, she has gone to Bombay along with her husband, the 3rd respondent, and residing there and as such, she is not under the illegal custody of respondents 3 or 4.
4. In the light of the above submissions of the so called detenue Sindhu, who is none other than the wife of the 3rd respondent and the daughter of the petitioner, it is seen that she is not under the illegal custody of anybody. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in the above proceedings. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
