It is evident from a perusal of the order dated 25 January 2017 that the learned Judge had clearly provided that in case there be default by the opposite party No. 2, it would be open to the applicant to move an application for execution of the order.
On being faced with this situation, learned counsel for the applicant chooses not to press this petition subject to liberty being reserved to move an appropriate application in the pending revision.
Order accordingly.
