Petitioner seeks revision in her family pension relying upon a Government Order dated 4th August, 2014. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has also represented before the DIOS, Ballia on 29.12.2017. It is stated that this representation has remained pending.
Considering the facts and circumstances, brought on record, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.5, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of one month from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined with reference to the applicable Government Order, in accordance with law, by the authority concerned, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
