The applicants have approached before this Court challenging the order dated 19.9.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family court, Varanasi in Maintence Case No. 3 of 2016 (Nazma Begum Vs. Mohd. Idrish) under section 125 Cr.P.c. on the ground that interim maintenance amount is reduced.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the application under section 125 Cr.P.c. within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
