1. Heard Sri N.I. Jafri, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State of U.P.
2. Applicants have invoked jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C.") with a prayer for quashing of charge sheet as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 1305 of 2004, (State vs. Nazir), arising out of Case Crime No. 352 of 2003, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Moradabad.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for applicants states that both the parties have agreed to resolve their dispute.
4. If that being so, let accused-applicants appear before Court below recording their statements whereafter Magistrate concerned shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law, expeditiously.
5. In view of above, application stands disposed of.
