JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and the learned AGA.
This revision has been filed against the order dated 4.1.2010 passed by Special Judge, Dacoity Affected Area, Banda in complaint case no. 226/2009 (Khurseed Anwar Vs. Nazim Ali @ Nazmi and others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 342 I.P.C.
This revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
However, the revisionists shall be at liberty to apply for discharge before the Court concerned and the dismissal of this revision shall not preclud the Court concerned for considering and decide the discharge application on merit.
