2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the tender which has been impugned in this writ petition has been cancelled in view of the fact that only one bidder has submitted the bid against the Notice Inviting Tender and the same was rejected due to non-qualification in technical bid.
3. The attention of this Court is drawn to the statement of objections filed on behalf of the respondents.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and the statement of objections, nothing survive for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
