The petitioners are aggrieved by rejection of their transfer application no. 1265 of 2018 by the District Judge, Gorakhpur.
It is the order rejecting the transfer application which has been challenged by means of this petition.
As the petitioner can move an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the High Court, the petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is misconceived.
The petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
