The vehicle of the petitioner bearing Registration No.KL-10V- 6349 has been seized by the 1st Respondent alleging transportation of river sand without permit. Admittedly, a representation is pending before the 2nd Respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, Ottappalam. The petitioner has approached the R.D.O to finalise the proceedings under Ext.P1. 2. In view of the pendency of the proceedings as above, the 2nd Respondent is directed to finalise the proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
