This petition is directed against order dated 18.1.2018 passed by the S.D.M.-respondent no. 3, whereby fair price shop agreement of the petitioner has been cancelled.
Statutory appeal is provided under clause 13 (1) of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016 against the impugned order.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. No order as to costs.
