1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 01.12.1997 passed by Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Etawah. The IVth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah vide order dated 16.07.1996 allowed application of revisionist filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. awarding maintenance of Rs. 400/- per month from the date of filing of application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Respondent no.2 filed Criminal Revision No. 238 of 1996 and Revisional Court while allowing revision set aside the judgment and order dated 16.07.1996 passed by IVth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah.
3. Despite repeated query, neither learned counsel for the revisionist, could point out any legal or otherwise infirmity nor it could be shown that the amount awarded is excessive, unjust or unreasonable. No interference, therefore, is called for.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
