1. Leave to amend so as to correct the name of respondent No.2.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has request for permission to withdraw the petition with a view to approaching appropriate authority.
3. Having regard to the details mentioned in the petition and the reason which appears to have led with the authority in taking impugned action and in light of the facts and circumstances of the case, the request made by learned advocate for the petitioner to withdraw the petition is accepted.
4. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approaching appropriate authority.
