Ms.
Hansa B. Punani, learned AGP seeks time to take instructions in the matter. What is prayed for is the terminal dues of the father of the present petitioner. It seems that since last 10 years, she has represented to many authorities more particularly to respondent Nos.2 and 3.
Considering the averments made in the petition as well as the documents annexed with this petition, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed to examine the matter and place on record by way of affidavit explaining whether the petitioner is entitled to any amount as claimed in this petition.

Hansa B. Punani, learned AGP states that the same shall be done, however, some time may be granted. Hence, S.O. to 24.2.2012.
