The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner is no more and to substantiate the said submission, he produced in court a photocopy of the death certificate dated 18-08-2006 issued by the Corporation of Kozhikode. The above certificate shows that the revision petitioner expired on 16-08-2006. The legal heirs of the revision petitioner has not taken steps to get impleaded in this revision petition, despite of the long lapse of more than eight years.

Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition will stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
