JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) This is second application for temporary release by prisoner Nayi Bharatkumar Keshavlal on bail on account of marriage of his son-Khetan. Earlier application being Criminal Misc. Application No.5404 of 2012 was preferred by party-in-person, which came to be rejected on 20/04/2012.
This application also deserves rejection, hence rejected.
