Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA in opposition.
Learned counsel for the revisionist is directed to serve respondent nos. 2 and 3 through RPAD within a period of a week from today. Respondent nos.2 and 3 as well as learned AGA may file a counter affidavit within a period of one week from today.
List this case on 4th of August 2010 before the appropriate Bench. Till the next date of listing, operation of the impugned order dated 15.4.2010 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly in Criminal Case No.640 of 2006, Smt. Taranum Bee Versus Nayeem Miya, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly shall remain stayed provided the revisionist continue to pay Rs.2000/- alimony to respondent no.2. He is further directed to deposit arrears of amount, as has been directed by the Principal Judge, Family Court Bareilly.
