Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that so far as present petitioner is concerned, his case has already, on earlier occasion considered in Letters Patent Appeal and that therefore the petitioner was not covered within the scope of the proceedings which were before the Hon'ble Division Bench which came to be decided vide order dated 6.5.2011.

Hence, Notice returnable on 26.4.2012.
