This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the endorsement issued by the R3 vide his letter dated 19.11.2016 at Ann-E and etc.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, THE CHIEF JUSTICE made the following:
ORDER Issue notice.
Mr.V.Sreenidhi, learned additional government advocate, accepts notice for the respondents. Therefore, formal service of notice to them is dispensed with.
2. After hearing Shrimati Madhuri Gaikwad, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner and Mr.V.Sreenidhi, learned additional government advocate appearing for the respondents, we dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the writ petitioner to make a representation to the Director, Mines and Geology, within a fortnight.
3. If such a representation is made, the Director is requested to consider and dispose of the representation after giving opportunities of hearing to all concerned in the matter within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
4. There will be no order as to costs.
