JUDGMENT / ORDER

By efflux of time, the petition has become infructuous. Hence, the petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
It is however, observed that if an application is preferred by the petitioner in the subject matter for the new academic year, the respondent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period one month from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law and without being influenced by its earlier order.
