Present petition has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 5.12.2018 in Case Crime No.202 of 2017 under Section 323, 307 IPC PS Friends Colony, Etawah, in the Court of CJM, Etawah as F.R. No.20 of 2018.
After hearing learned counsel for parties, I find no abuse of process of law in passing the impugned order by the Court below. No case for interference is made out at this stage.
The petition is dismissed.
