JUDGMENT / ORDER

List revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, I have perused the record.
Writ petition is directed against the order dated 31.1.92 (annexure - 4) passed by Addl. Civil Judge, Deoria, dismissing the petitioner's impleadment application and the order dated 9.3.92 (annexure - 5) passed by the District Judge, Deoria, whereby he has dismissed the petitioner's revision.
Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of the impugned order warranting interference.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. Any interim order, if any, stands vacated.
