Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are on bail in all the four cases shown in the gang-chart. It is further submitted that the applicants are innocent and there is no credible evidence against him.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, there are sufficient ground for bail.
Let applicants Nawab Usmani and Asraf involved in case crime No. 360 of 2010, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, P.S.
