1. Sri Jagdev Singh, learned counsel for applicants and Sri Chandra Bhushan Kushwaha, learned counsel for complainant- respondent 2 are present.
2. Both the counsels for the parties stated that both the parties have entered into compromise and therefore no dispute survives.
3. In view of above statement, I do not find any reason to allow proceedings of the case to continue.
4. The application is allowed. Further proceedings of Case no.735 of 2003 (State of U.P. Vs. Haroon and others) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Nakud, District Saharanpur, pending in the Court of IIIrd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur are hereby quashed.
