Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Challenge in the writ petition is to a notice under Section 77 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is challenged on the ground that the notice did not fix a date.
It has also been stated that the petitioner has been orally informed that 05.12.2019 is the date fixed.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Tehsildar, respondent no. 4 along with his detailed objection, if any, to the notice on 05.12.2019 and a certified copy of this order on 05.12.2019.
The respondent no. 4 is directed to take the objection on record and proceed with the matter in accordance with law and take it to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
